Fee Notice: How and when?
After enrollment or re-registration, you will receive a notification of your fees by post. You can have your fees debited from your account or transfer the amount yourself.
Procedure from Registration to Payment
The procedure is the same every semester: Fees are charged for enrollment, re-registration and taking modules/courses. Additional fees may be charged. These fees are collected and result in one or sometimes several fee notices, depending on the timing. Please do not make a payment until you receive a fee notice.
Payment Options
We offer you the following payment options:
-
Direct debit
If you have a bank account in the SEPA area (Germany, EU countries, United Kingdom, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Norway), you can provide us with a direct debit authorization, both during the application process or at a later date. We will send you the fee notice to inform you of the amount and the date of the direct debit four weeks in advance.
Issue direct debit mandate
-
Bank transfer
Of course, you can also transfer the fees yourself after receiving the fee notice. All the information you need to make the payment can be found on the fee notice. The payment period is three weeks.
