Master of Business Administration and Economics – Corporate Management: Course Content

Managing a company in an increasingly global environment characterized by constant change presents company management with a constantly evolving array of new challenges – from the coordination of operational areas to effectively achieve goals that have been set, to strategic marketing planning and the special challenges that can arise in multinational corporations, for example, from clashes of cultures.

Building on your knowledge from a previous degree in economics, this master’s degree course in Economics with a specialization in Corporate Management provides you with sound knowledge from various business areas. In the compulsory part of the course, you will first gain an insight into the areas of corporate controlling, marketing and management, preparing you for a wide range of activities in (international) companies. In the compulsory elective part of the course, you then have the opportunity to tailor your course content even more closely to your professional interests through a largely free combination of subject-specific modules, e.g., topics such as modern leadership, service management or digital marketing, as well as general modules from the fields of business administration, economics, quantitative studies and law.
