Data Protection Law

Since the introduction of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on 25 May 2018 and its subsequent implementation in Germany, uncertainty has grown among companies, public institutions, and private associations. How can I adequately protect personal data to minimize the risk of legal violations? What aspects do I need to consider and what do I need to pay particular attention to?

This course in data protection law prepares lawyers and professionals for legally compliant data protection. The course teaches knowledge of current data protection law in a practical and, at the same time, scientifically sound manner. Participants will be able to apply the knowledge they acquire to recognize pitfalls and develop solid concepts.
