The interdisciplinary master’s degree program in Business Psychology offers a broad spectrum of content. You will also be able to identify the needs of employees and use this knowledge to create a working environment that promotes employee productivity and well-being. The skills you acquire are a prerequisite for helping to shape working conditions in companies as well as management and organizational cultures. In addition, you will gain a greater understanding of the behavior of competitors in markets, enabling you to prepare, make and implement your own strategic and operational decisions.
