Process Digitalization
At a time when digital technologies are permeating almost all areas of business life, effective process management is the key to success. Companies that go beyond merely managing their processes and rather make the effort to actively digitize and automate them tend to focus on efficiency, customer orientation and long-term competitiveness. But why is digital process management so crucial?
Process standardization, digitalization and automation save time, costs and reduce errors. Technologies such as process mining, artificial intelligence (AI), and robotic process automation (RPA) make it possible to automate routine tasks, making companies more agile and adaptable.

Our continuing education course in digital process management and digitalization offers you a comprehensive mix of theory and practice. Participants work through thematic modules that systematically build on one another, providing a strong foundation for understanding the digitalization and automation of business processes.
The course starts with an Introduction to Process Analysis, which examines the relevance of standardization and digitalization. This is followed by Digital Process Management Technologies, which deals with technologies such as workflow automation, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning. The practice-oriented units focus on areas such as the use of robotic process automation (RPA) and the optimization of data sources.
The second part deals with User-centric Process Optimization , which focuses on the acceptance of process changes and change management. Here, participants learn how to test process prototypes and identify critical success factors for technology management.
The course ends with a group project working through real-life scenarios. The participants identify optimization potential in selected processes, develop improvements and present these in a final presentation. The course is rounded off with expert and peer feedback as well as a discussion of internal implementation options. All participants will receive a certificate of participation confirming the knowledge they have acquired in digital process management.
