LL.M. in Business and Labor Law

The FernUniversität’s postgraduate master’s degree in Business and Employment Law (LL.M) is a course of study that enables students to specialize in business law as well as individual and collective employment law at university level.

The course teaches deeper knowledge of the legislative regulations and the relevant case law for professional practice. In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop your academic skills in such a way that you will subsequently be able to tackle in-depth academic projects in business and employment law.

Target Groups

The degree program is aimed at graduates of qualifying law degrees, i.e., the First Legal Examination or a bachelor’s degree in law. The course also appeals to graduates from other fields of study who have an affinity for law and who wish to further their education in business and employment law and who, in addition to their degree, already have initial professional experience in dealing with business or employment law issues and questions.
