studyBRIDGE – Your Bridge to Studying in Germany
Take part in the online program offered by the FernUniversität in Hagen and prepare yourself to study in Germany: The free online German course and the FernUniversität’s online glossary are ideal tools to help you improve your German language skills and to get ready for studying in Germany. In the accompanying moodle course, you will learn the linguistic and cultural differences between the higher education systems in Ukraine and Germany in general, as well as distance learning in particular.
In 2025, studyBRIDGE will continue to offer online language courses to prepare students for their studies.
The next courses will start in January:
- Language course B2 for students of the FernUniversität in Hagen, Tuesdays, 5.30- 9.30 p.m. (4h/weekly), from January 7th, 2025.
- Intensive language course B1 for prospective students – Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (12h/weekly), from January 8th, 2025.
Applications can be submitted to studybridge until December 15 by sending the application form (PDF 123 KB).
In the second step, we can offer you support when choosing a study program: Is distance learning right for you? What courses can you study? What are the requirements? With the studyNAVI International - the Self-Assessment Test in Ukrainian, Russian or English, you can check to what extent your expectations and goals match the possibilities of distance learning.
Within the framework of the Digital Campus of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the FernUniversität in Hagen offers prospective Ukrainian students the opportunity to resume or start their studies via distance learning.
Want to know how good your German skills are? Take the free onSET language assessment test in the Digital Campus. You can use the "Test Deutsch als Fremdsprache" (TestDaF) certificate as a confirmation of your German language skills - it is also free of charge. The TestDaF certificate is recognized as a language competence certificate by all universities in Germany.
You can find more help and information to support you when starting your studies on the studyFIT website.
If you have any questions, please contact us at studybridge or register directly for the free online language course. More information for prospective students from Ukraine can be found on the #UkraineHilfe website (page in German).
