Was ist meine Rolle in CATALPA?

Als Sozialpsychologin leite ich die Forschungsgruppe Stereotype Threat und bin Co-Projektleitung der Projekte DECIDE und MULTIDIVERSE-CSCL. Ich untersuche mit meinem Team, wie sich Stereotype über (nicht-traditionelle) Studierendengruppen auf den Bildungserfolg in der digitalen Fernlehre auswirken. Außerdem bin ich Mitglied im CATALPA-Leitungsteam.

Warum CATALPA?

Das Forschungszentrum bietet mir die Möglichkeit, meine Forschung zu Stereotypen und Bildungsungleichheiten als Nachwuchsgruppenleiterin eigenständig durchzuführen und ein Team zu leiten. CATALPA bietet einzigartige Möglichkeiten, anwendungsbezogene Forschung in digitalen Lehr-Lern-Kontexten durchzuführen, um optimale Lernbedingungen für Studierende mit diversen Hintergründen evidenzbasiert zu entwickeln. Mein Ziel ist es, mein sozialpsychologisches und bildungswissenschaftliches Forschungsprofil stärker im Bereich digitalisierte Bildung zu verankern.
