Research Areas
Our research focuses on the use of communication and collaboration systems in organizations. One focus is on the integration of strategies, processes and information systems as well as on determining benefits and measuring success. We develop and evaluate strategies, models and artefacts to make information management in organizations more sustainable in terms of both classic performance dimensions and socio-economic aspects. In our research projects we mainly use methods of empirical social research and design-oriented research.
