Abstract

This module combines both theoretical input and practical experience. Students learn to systematically conceptualize, plan, implement and evaluate an educational project. This individual project can be developed within an internship, on the job or when volunteering.

The module includes:

  • Basic knowledge of

    • project management, quality management and evaluation in the field of education,

    • didactic concepts and methods

    • concepts of professionalisation

  • The implementation of a project in the field of education, i.e.:

    • An in-company training,

    • An e-learning course,

    • A workshop with children in a daycare center

    • A small research project.

By interlinking theory and practice, students develop their professional skills. The reflection of this process is part of the term paper.
