Andrew Duff will analyse the motivation, strenghts and weaknesses of Article 50 TEU and discuss the impact of the departure of the UK on the European Union. In the context of the political agenda of the new European Commission he will suggest how the EU recovers from Brexit and must organise in the future its relations with Britain and its wider neighbourhood.
