Interlinking Theory and Practice in the Course Geography in Practice.

The video was made as part of the accompanying research project of the joint Federal Government-Länder Competition “Advancement through Education: Open Universities” in the research area of interlinking theory and practice in an international context. In the interview, Assistant Professor Thomas Skou Grindsted from Roskilde University (RUC) in Denmark gives insights into the design of his bachelor course 'Geography in Practice', in which students immediately immerse in practice after a short, theoretical introductory phase.
