Print it, fill it out clearly using block letters, sign it, and send it until 7/1/2011 via fax to +49 2331 987 353.

The expenses for participation will be 450 Euro. (425 Euro for GI-members, 380 Euro for students, 250 Euro for companions)

This amount includes:

• accomodation in a twin room of the Hotel Gran Cap de Mar (full board)
• workshop fees
• coffee breaks
• social event

The costs for the journey to Mallorca are NOT included. Please transfer the amount until 7/14/2011 to the account denoted in the registration form.

For an additional fee of 250 Euro you can book a single room.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For registrations after June 19th we have to charge a late registration fee of 80 Euro!
