“I see my role as a field networker at the WED as being a facilitator who networks the stakeholders in such a way that research is actually application-oriented. This is particularly the case when all participants gain relevant knowledge through the research project that they would not have had without it. In this way, we will be able not only to generate new and important insights through research but also to strengthen administrative practices at the same time.”
