The interdisciplinary research cluster Work - Education - Digitalization (WED) at the FernUniversität in Hagen is dedicated to exploring digital transformation in the workplace.
The research examines the causes, progression, and impacts of digitalization across four key areas: business, education, health, and administration. Its central themes include work design, skill development and lifelong learning for both employees and managers.
In collaboration with external partners, this application-oriented research cluster aims to create a strong potential for transferring insights directly into the professional sphere.
