Günther Illert is a strategy coach. He works with executives, teams and organizations to solve complex problems. With more than 30 years of experience as a strategy consultant and well over 100 transformation projects, chiefly in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, he knows what successful change is all about: courage and drive. And it always comes down to people. From the initial idea to implementation. In 2013, he founded the Healthcare Shapers consultancy network.
