What is my role within CATALPA?

My role as a science communicator at CATALPA, I not solely about making our scientists research more visible. I am also jointly responsible for the positioning and identity formation of the research centre. In this respect, I am closely involved in topics and decisions related to strategic development and act in an advisory capacity. Since successful public relations has its foundation in a well functioning team and organization, another pillar of my role at CATALPA is internal communication.

Why CATALPA?

In addition to CATALPA's mission of contributing to greater educational equality, I am driven by the diversity and depth of the topics that I am able to accompany as a communicator. CATALPA offers are numerous opportunities for ideas and room for creativity. I really appreciate this culture. The fact that the research center is embedded in the FernUniversität Hagen, with a huge number of digital students, also offers an exciting working environment. Last, but not least: the team ist great!
