Prof. Dr. Barbara Völzmann-Stickelbrock

Prof. Völzmann-Stickelbrock holds the Chair of Civil Law, Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law, Copyright, and Civil Procedure Law.

Her areas of specialization include IT and intellectual property rights, in particular questions of copyright in the context of new media, as well as new legal questions which have arisen through digitalization, such as data ownership.

Prof. Völzmann-Stickelbrock is a member of the research cluster´s executive board.
