Workshops

The first transdisciplinary project workshop was realized under the headline: “Bioeconomy in the field of tension between economy and: How are political processes shaped for bioplastics and bioenergy?”. The workshop took place on march 2nd in 2018 at the FernUniversität in Hagen from 9:00 to 15:30.

During the one-day workshop, we presented the project conception, the theoretical approach and first results of political measures in the selected areas of bioeconomy, and discussed them with stakeholders from politics, economy, science and civil society.

The second transdisciplinary project workshop was realized under the headline: "German bioeconomy policy in Europe: What room for maneuver remains for national actors?". The workshop took place on February 21st in 2019 at Regional Center in Berlin of the FernUniversität in Hagen from 9:00 to 15:00.

During the one-day workshop, we presented first results of political measures in the selected areas of bioeconomy, and discussed them with stakeholders from politics, economy, science and civil society.
