The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH from Bonn and Eschborn invited Professor Stefan Smolnik and Christian Sorgenfrei to an expert discussion about the topic "Application Possibilities and Success Factors of Learning with Social Media". During his talk about Social Learning the State-of-the-Art of research Christian Sorgenfrei presented the challenges as well as our research project Adoption und Nutzung von sozialen Lernnetzwerken in Organisationen". In the following lively discussion numerous connecting points for future common activities have been identified.
