Participation and awards at the 19th International Conference on Business Informatics
[19.09.2024]The chair presented the latest research results in the field of digital health at the 19th International Conference on Information Systems (WI 2024) and was honoured.
Jennifer Kendziorra showcased the paper "Designing a Conversational Virtual Patient for Communication and Anamnesis Training in Medical Education," which she co-authored jointly with Paulina Zender, Laura Ebers, and Till Winkler. The study shows how a conversational virtual patient can improve communication training and knowledge transfer in medical education.
The chair was also honoured twice. Jennifer Kendziorra received an award as Outstanding Reviewer. Prof Winkler received an honour for his Associate Editor activities for the tracks ‘IT Strategy, Governance and Management’ and ‘Digital Health and Wellbeing’.
