Survey on the attractiveness of the Federal Civil Service as an employer for IT professionals
[24.03.2023]What makes the Federal Civil Service attractive or unattractive for IT specialists?
To answer this question, we are currently conducting a survey with IT-related students and trainees as potential employees of the Federal Civil Service as well as IT-related employees of the Federal Civil Service as part of the research project "IT skills shortage in the Federal Civil Service" and in cooperation with the field of administration of the research focus Work - Education - Digitalisation.
The aim of the research is to make the perception of IT professionals of the Federal Civil Service as a (potential) employer measurable and to scientifically investigate the reasons for or against a decision to want to work in the Federal Civil Service.
