Recently, we had the pleasure of welcoming Dr. Scott Thiebes to our Brownbag Seminar, a series organized jointly with our Information Systems groups at the FernUniversität in Hagen.

Scott gave insights into his research on the role of artificial intelligence for clinical decision support systems, based on an interdisciplinary project together with many other researchers.

Of course, both the digital health enthusiasts and the AI experts in our group were very curious about this research. The presentation was followed by a lively discussion in which Scott was able to highlight some of the project's special features in terms of content and methodology.
