The B*IMA team was delighted to participate in the Health Information Technology Symposium (HITS) of the Special Interest Group Health IT (SIG Health) at the International Conference on Information Systems in Copenhagen!

In a speed-dating-like format, lead authors Carolin Gellner, Björn Binzer and Saeid Jorfi (as well as co-authors Anne-Katrin Witte and Till Winkler) received valuable feedback from various rounds of discussions with colleagues from the community.

The workshop started with a wonderful keynote by Fulbright Professor Dr. Rachida Parks. After a break with the Danish Christmas package (Gløgg and Æbleskiver), Jennifer Jewer and Deborah Compeau presented their SIG-awarded best paper "Understanding information systems success: a hybrid view", published in EJIS. Both presentations, as well as the whole workshop, were very encouraging and inspiring.

Later, we visited GN Group's headquarters in Ballerup to discuss digital innovation, entrepreneurship, information technology, governance and enterprise architectures at a 150-year-old Danish market leader in hearing aids and consumer electronics with Line Lyst, Cæcilie Kornbeck and Niklas Lagersson.
