[30.12.2016]An eventful year lies behind us - a brief retrospective
Our third year at the University of Hagen was yet another pleasure. We enjoyed the numerous activities in research, teaching, self-administration as well as in the national and international research communities of the Business Information Systems discipline. Here a few selected highlights from the past twelve months:
• Writing and submitting our new English module "Knowledge Management"
• Running seminars with an on-site periods in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen
• Acceptance and release of several publications in international journals and proceedings of international conferences
• Participation in the conferences HICSS-49, MKWI 2016 and ICIS 2016
• Dr. Christian Sorgenfrei successfully concludes his doctorate and becomes a father
• Sven Dittes on research stay at the IT University of Copenhagen
• Joint research colloquiums (1, 2) with the University of Duisburg-Essen
• Olivia Hornung visits the State Economic University in Saint Petersburg
• Dr. Katharina Ebner comes back from her parental leave
• Bernd Strauß retires
