2020 Habilitation topic "Bioethics as an educational phenomenon" - this demonstrates transdisciplinary practices using integrative bioethics as an example.
2008 PhD in Philosophy of Science at the Hrygoriy Skovoroda Institute of Philosophy of Kyiv.

Research focus

Dr. Hubenko's research focus is bioethics, integrative bioethics, public health, vulnerable populations, transdisciplinary practices, philosophy of science, and philosophy education.

Currently, she works within the research group "Scientific justification of the development of the public health system and the management model for the quality of medical care", Ukraine.

Previously, she worked within the project "COVID-19 PsyImpact & PsySafe Program" (United Kingdom, Croatia, France, Germany, Italy, Romania, Moldova, Morocco, Poland, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine and the United States of America - 2020) and led the Inclusive Project "Chimeras We Are" with the support of the International Foundation within the partnership "EU4USociety".

The main purpose is the development and promotion of ideas of bioethics, humanization and democratization of public relations in various social areas related to health care, environmental protection, education and upbringing.
